Welsh athlete Ramsey has increased the incentive for information about his vanished canine named Halo to £15,000.

The former Premier League club Arsenal and Cardiff City player, who currently plays for Pumas UNAM in Mexico City, revealed that the beagle was last seen in San Miguel de Allende, located in the Guanajuato state area.

Halo, who disappeared on October 9th, was had on a GPS collar, and the footballer published a exact coordinates of where she was last seen.

"Any news regarding our Halo kindly contact us. Substantial incentive for locating her. We are all praying she is unharmed and comes home with us soon," the athlete shared on social media.

Initial Bounty and Emotional Appeals

Ramsey first revealed that his dog had disappeared a fortnight back and has since posted several images of the beloved pet on Instagram.

A $$10k reward was first offered, but with lack of updates on Halo's status after a week, Ramsey and his loved ones raised the amount.

"Our only wish is Halo back," he expressed in a further request on social media after the elderly dog was lost.

The latest photograph share is a black and white photo of the beagle napping, her head resting in the crook of the athlete's arm, with the caption: "What I'd do to cuddle you again Halo."

Household's Anxieties and Context

The footballer has also circulated a note from his wife Colleen on social media indicating they have some "pressing questions" regarding the event and fear the family "may never get answers".

"We still are still searching for Halo. It is unlikely we will ever," the spouse's post expressed.

The Welsh captain became part of Mexico's first division club Pumas UNAM recently and had his first appearance in the Mexican league in the eighth month.

The Caerphilly-born footballer is the initial well-known UK player to participate in the Mexican league.
